Infra: There is no support to import a Storage Domain

The role ovirt.storages lacks support to import an existing Storage Domain.

If I use the same parameters as specified by the ovirt_storage_domain modules, I get that the specified ID is not used.

Is this an expected behaviour?

We don't have any supported storages role? Make this as an RFE for ovirt_storage_domain module
