Keep Download in Progress in a separate folder or use extension

Hi,

Can you keep download in progress in a separate folder or mark with a special extension for example .ogg.progress and move it later once the download completes.

What is the motivation? We can download into memory until we write to a file when we finish to download a song

The motivation is to keep unfinished files separate if the download was not completed for some reasons.

Right now, it writes to the file as download progresses and if the download fails, the files written are incomplete and there is no way to know it unless one plays it.

Reasonable, the download should happen in memory and be copied to a file when known, that it has finished, this way unfinished writes will not happen.
