Can't receive email

Open zevrector21 opened this issue 2 years ago • 1 comments

Hi, o4oren

I have setup the mail server and that works fine via api (api/alive)

But when I send the mail to [email protected], it doesn't work. It returns "Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."

Any configuration I missed?

Kindly need your help ASAP.

Thank you.

Its not about the software, you need to set up an mx record in the dns managing your domain and pointing the the server. https://www.godaddy.com/resources/skills/configuring-dns-for-email-a-quick-beginners-guide
