[DOCS] Add a new documentation page about supported game controllers or add information about it to another page

Describe the issue briefly

Currently there is no information on officially supported game controllers in O3DE. We have noticed that wired Xbox 360 controller works with Editor, while PlayStation 5 DualSense controller does not. This made us think that it could just not be supported, but cannot confirm this due to lack of information on this topic.
