[ISSUE][DOCS] Linux docs still mark 22.04 as experimental

Describe the issue

Linux OS requirements docs say that The primary Linux distribution for using the O3DE Editor is Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. and that 22.04 is experimental.

22.04 was experiental for the 2210 release, I believe now we only support 22.04.

Expected experience

22.04 is the supported version of Ubuntu

@spham-amzn We still support Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.

For this release both Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and Ubuntu 22.04 LTS will be supported and not experimental.
