[DOCS] Add "Move or Delete Assets with Asset Processor Batch" page information to the "Asset Processor Batch" page

Describe the issue briefly

Currently, the Asset Processor Batch mentions only two arguments to be usable (--platforms=<comma separated list> and --project-path=<name of game folder>), while there is another page with more arguments and their description (Move or Delete Assets with Asset Processor Batch).

Asset Processor Batch (https://www.o3de.org/docs/user-guide/assets/asset-processor/asset-processor-batch/) should include the information found on (https://www.o3de.org/docs/user-guide/assets/asset-processor/move-assets/) or at least mention the page, as it could suggest to the user the --platforms= and --project-path are the only available arguments to use with the AssetProcessorBatch.
