[DOCS] Add Asset Browser documentation page

Describe the issue briefly

Currently, there is no dedicated documentation page for the Asset Browser. It should be noted that other similar "core" tools have such pages, for example Entity Inspector (https://www.o3de.org/docs/user-guide/editor/entity-inspector/) or Entity Outliner (Entity Outliner).

The Asset Browser appears to be revised in the development branch. So this doc should be written for the new version of Asset Browser.
