[ISSUE][DOCS] All White Box Component GIFs except one are not animating

Describe the issue

All of the GIFs on the White Box Component except the one under the Hide edge section are not animating. This was verified on Firefox and Google Chrome browsers on both Windows and Linux.

Expected experience

GIFs are animating.

As part of this fix, the gifs should be changed to short MP4 videos within the 1MB file limit. See guidelines: https://www.o3de.org/docs/contributing/to-docs/style-guide/media/#animated-images)
