[ISSUE][DOCS] The O3DE Branding Guidelines and Logo Kit are outdated
Describe the issue
As currently seen on this page of the O3DE Brand Guidelines, the thumbnail image preview is updated with the new guidelines preview, but the PDF is incorrect.
Along with the Zip file to download the new logo files as a Logo zip / kit for brands to use our logo.

Expected experience
I expect the zip file and the branding guidelines to be correctly linking to the expected files. (Currently they still link to the old files and assets)
The logo zip kit has been updated already. The only thing that's still out-of-date is the O3DE Branding Guidelines PDF.
These are still outdated, and there's now a page on the main site that we should link to, so there's only one place to update it.
