[ISSUE][DOCS] Missing Windows redistributable file referenced in the AWS GameLift Gem packaging document

Describe the issue

In the AWS GameLift Gem packaging document, developers are guided to copy the Windows redistributable file into their server package, but this file is not shipped with O3DE any more. Developers are expected to download it directly from https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe going forward.
