Provide SIG guidance about O3DE Roadmap maintence

O3DE now has public roadmap: https://github.com/orgs/o3de/projects/11/views/1

We should have in community and probably in SIG docs section, brief guidance as to:

  • SIGs responsibility to roadmap
  • How new items should be added etc

Any expectations or processes we expect SIGs to own wrt to the roadmap should be documented.

@lmbr-pip @mcphedar My understanding of this roadmap above is that it's not the definitive O3DE roadmap, and the title is intentional "Roadmap of AWS Contributions to O3DE". The O3DE Roadmap and maintenance of it is being discussed over here ->https://github.com/o3de/sig-release/issues/79

My last comment on that RFC relates to this.
