Introduce Tune/Test split in cases

In order to insure that tuned queries generalize to overall data, introduce train/test split toggle.

Would like the ability to set percentage of data used as a hold-out test set, and the ability to toggle between splits within a case.

Only current alternative is having two completely separate cases
