Improve Onboarding/First Case Experience

If it's their first time through, provide a suggestedc Case name.
if it's there first time through, have the search endpoint Create open already to Solr
if it's their first time through, have some prompt to help them move along....
Go ahead and on the main page and until they finish a case, provide a link to Office Hours via Calendly.
