docs: create walkthrough of SnarkyJS voting example

A walkthrough for some of the more complex solutions on github like voting on snarkyjs repo would provide a lot of insight for developers. The voting example on snarkyjs github could be an example but a walkthrough would be great if one doesnt exist.
