Add UI framework options to all tutorials except 4

The ability to scaffold a UI framework with zkapps-cli is not currently documented in the tutorials. It should be!

Tutorial 4 has its own issue to cover this feature in depth. All other tutorials should acknowledge it and step through the UI framework options without emphasising them to get to their respective focus.
