Remove billing information from Netlify

Description

Previously, we hosted our documentation and other projects on Netlify. However, we have transitioned everything to Vercel. Despite the move, we continue to incur charges for Netlify-related services, such as member lists. To avoid unnecessary expenses, it's crucial to remove the payment information from Netlify.
