docs do not provide visibility to our contributors

The docs CONTRIBUTING.md file is the first welcome sign in our docs repository.

We can roll out a warm welcome and thank our docs contributors by adding visibility to their contributions. Then, of course, update the contributing guidelines to call out the visibility benefits!
