建议改变分发list的方式

今天克隆了一下这个库发现已经500+M了，建议几个list不放到repo里，而是直接用release功能上传action生成的文件，这样能有效控制下repo的体积

一些被误屏蔽的内容

1. `Pixiv`的桌面通知需要解除对`onesignal.com`和`https://onesignal.com`的屏蔽，否则不会出现桌面通知的设置和桌面通知横幅提示； 2. `www.gatan.com`注册license的网站`https://www.gatan.com/datasheets/gms-3-software-registration`需要放行`https://info.em-ametek.com/acton/`的内容和来自`https://info.gatan.com/acton/fs/`的`sub_frame`，否则无法加载注册页面另外，在浏览规则的时候注意到似乎规则里有蛮多重复条目，看了下workflow脚本并没有去重操作
