New Chrome UI is Fire, let's update our UI to mirror:

Because of that, features like "show my cursor" and "copy text" fail within such iframes. Fix this.

if we cursor into a slot in an input we should be able to insert text from there. but this is not preserved. this worked previously. i think because now...
