Multiple tile layer

Is it possible to use multiple tile layers easily with the current implementation? In my use-case I need to have a base OSM tilemap + openseamap seamark layer; I'm not sure if I need to implement a custom Layer to do that or it's already present a better way.

If not, it could be useful a Layer implementation for tiles
