Are linux releases compiled with openssl or gnutls?

If we compile nzbget ourself, it will use whichever we specify or is available.

However, if we are using one of the provided binaries (this one in particular: https://github.com/nzbget/nzbget/releases/download/v21.1/nzbget-21.1-bin-linux.run)

I can't make out if it was built with openssl or gnutls. This is relevant as I'm trying to tune my cipher.

Could these be documented somewhere, or did I miss something? Thanks!
