Meson build system

Meson is more simple, flexible, and human readable build system. Any plan on moving to Meson?

That has been in the works actually, but generating the shader header from the individual glsl files turned out to be quite tricky with meson.

I would personally also prefer meson so I will happily merge any contributions implementing it.
