a 3-5 minute demo video that showcases the tool would help.

what decides the order? the most frequent Dx are on the bottom?

count means what?

Yes, I agree :) The order from bottom to top is by first occurrence of a given type of event. Count is the number of times an event of a given type happened. For now, I added some PDFs that explain how to read the visualization. See the publications section of the readme for links to the PDFs.
