How to enable 'click to add new note'

Yeah, that was done almost a year back. I did it.

I was unable to find a way to enable that option in the existing code(I think it was not implemented there).

At that time I was thinking to commit that change to the forked repository. But because of some other custom changes I wasn't able to commit(ie comments).

I basically worked around this with my own code. However, I would like to use the docviewer one. Any clue of how to achieve this?
