GitHub Name field can not be left blank

On the webpage: https://pluginfactory.io/

The instructions underneath the GitHub Name field say:

This is used for the README.md and CHANGELOG.md. Leave it blank if it won't be hosted on GitHub.com

Leaving it blank and hitting submit, it will not submit the form until you fill in that field.

When I looked at it again, its for 2.x and 3.x
