[FR] Remove automatic sitemap submission

Have a way to submit a sitemap from the CP, rather than just relying on SEOmatic's automatic submission.

For each sitemap index:

SEOmatic -> Site Settings -> Sitemap

For each sitemap:

SEOmatic -> Content SEO -> XXXX -> Sitemap

Also have an explanation of how and when SEOmatic automatically updates and submits the sitemap

Google is actually doing away with sitemap submission endpoint anyway, so I plan to remove the automatic submission from SEOmatic:
