Add support for DigitalOcean Spaces

Add support to enable syncing of backups to DigitalOcean Spaces.

Similar to the current Amazon S3 support as described at: https://github.com/nystudio107/craft-scripts#sync_backups_to_s3sh.

Looks neat. I don't have a DO box to play around on tho unfortunately. I'd like to add it tho.
