Changing main URL

Question

Is there a convenient way of changing the main URL of the optimized assets? We activated CloudFront with a new subdomain, changed everything on the asset settings in CraftCMS, but the generated URLs remain the same.

I ended up force generating all the images from the CL as clearing the cache did not clear the entries optimized field in the DB.

I plan to add alias support, which should make this type of thing easier -- but yes, force regenerating the images will work for now when this happens.
