Add content to Network Labs section

• Replace VIRL with CML (as CML is the successor)
• Add Cisco Packet Tracer
• Reorganize Networking Labs section bullets in alphabetical order
• Add containerlab
• Add EVE-NG
• Add PNETLab

@nyquist GNS3 is listed in the Network Simulators section and not (also?) in the Network Labs section.

How would you like this handled?

• Move GNS3 to Network Labs section from Simulators?
• Hyperlink from Net Labs to Simulators?
• Do nothing?

My thought was you can use the Network simulators to create your own labs, but the Labs section is for Labs as a service. I think it makes to keep them as is.

Hmm, then CML (what was VIRL) as well as some others (from this PR) probably should move to Simulators. :face_with_head_bandage:

we can keep it in both as well, doesn't have to be unique entries if it helps someone find the right tool.
