Inset Map URLs

There are some messy data for insert maps. Map warper creates different urls for map inserts; these urls do not resolve for DC. Example: https://digitalcollections.nypl.org/items/inset-7267-03-30-175231-105

These maps will not be included until the issue is resolved.
