OpenSSL supports TLS over SCTP AFAIK - wouldn't this be a solution for the first?

Id rather go for SCTP instead of QUIC.

We should then not blame SCTP but Microsoft and Apple for that.

There is a proper driver which can be installed for OSX and one for windows, but I heard its not in a good state. Maybe we should get more SCTP...

I have a similiar error when starting fluxgui: File "/usr/lib/python3.5/site-packages/fluxgui/fluxapp.py", line 28 print e ^ SyntaxError: Missing parentheses in call to 'print'

Ok it was because the slice's size is 0 - I don't like the Error message, it should return a proper error message when the len is 0.

I would create a PR - @phsym still working on this one? - I have others additions too.
