[Issue] wallet bonding page link gives a 404

Describe the issue in the wallet, in the "bonding" page, there is a link that point to https://nymtech.net/operators/nodes/mix-node-setup.html and gives a 404

Expected behaviour there should be no 404 and the page should load

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour, if you're familiar with BDD syntax, please write it in this style:

• go to wallet
• go to bonding page
• open link "here"
