Show packet transfer activity periodically in Nym client

It would be nice to be able to see some indication of what the client is doing (it's somewhat tough to tell whether it is working after you start it).

Once the other current changes to the client are done, let's periodically print out:

sent packets
received acks

This may slip out of 0.8.0 depending on how things go.

Do you want to distinguish cover traffic from real messages? (for both sent and received)
