NE - add historic node rewards and calculate APY based on actual previous rewards

New endpoint in validator-api for historical rewards data per node to calculate:

• [ ] historic rewards (operator, delegators, PM and cost included) in the lifetime of the node
• [ ] last interval rewards (operator, delegators, PM and cost included)
• [ ] estimated annualised rewards based on the above two figures
