unable to scroll in dashboard

The dashboard seems to be restricted to the screen size. Neither horizontal nor vertical scrolling is possible. So as soon as there are too many elements added (or some larger elements like a webview) they can not be viewed.

This is on Ubuntu Touch but also on .deb Version on Ubuntu 22.04.
