Can receive, but cannot send mail

Open zbloss opened this issue 8 years ago • 5 comments

OS: Ubuntu 16.04

I have installed the sync-engine and n1 locally and set to launch on startup. The program runs fine with no errors and I begin to receive mail instantly.

But when I send mail, it tries for about 1 minute and then says "Sorry, this message could not be sent. Please try again, and make sure your message is addressed correctly and is not too large"

Sounds like you're using Nylas N1-- can you try our latest release Nylas Mail? This is the repo for the server-side sync system.

I too am unable to send mail. An error message says "Sorry, this message could not be sent. Please try again, and make sure your message is addressed correctly and is not too large". I've installed the most recent update and have fully uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail. I've emailed support but no response for several days.

Same problem for me. @grinich , cannot try Nylas Mail because it is not available for linux yet.
