Issues setting up on OSX

Hi Everyone,

I seem to be running into issues setting this up on OSX. It looks like when I run ansible-test app (from this repo: https://github.com/nylas/ansible-flask-example), it is using the old Dockerfile.

I ran sudo pip install ansible-test --upgrade and it said it is on the latest version.
