Get Read Receipts Working

I don't know if this has to do with the ending of the project, but my read receipts are no longer working. I'm not getting any information under the analytics button.

I'm using one Gmail account in Nylas 2.2.1 on macOS 10.13.1.

It's possible this was introduced when Nylas sunset. Theoretically they should work as a client sync. However it's a low priority for us and I'm not sure ho many of us are using the advanced features.

Isn't this a duplicate of #127?

Issue #127 will track removing the read receipts as the default, which I think we should do and shouldn't be that difficult. This Issue will track the getting it to work part of this
