Fix tests in Windows

All tests pass in Linux (WSL), but some fail in Windows - this needs to be improved. The situation follows from different uses of memory by different OS-s, but also by different raw times to run a particular function. Since Windows shows poorer performance, some of the tests need to be updated (made less strict).
