Migrate build system from ant to maven

Probably should at least attempt to make it buildable from windows without using cygwin.

When a preset contains a Calc item that has units (e.g. boost (PSI)), do the right thing if dataset has the correct units for that item already

e.g JB4 logs Boost in PSI, but the item is not Boost (PSI) so something bad happens.

Deleting all presets, quitting ECUxPlot, and starting it again can hang the app
