Hovercraft features: Presenter Notes & Timer File

It would be nice to have notes for each slide that would only show up in the presenter console. Something like:

It would also be nice to have a running timer in the presenter area. Once again, see Hovercraft's presenter console for an example.

Doug Hellman actually just contributed support for presenter notes in 2bee95511b7e696cd3d5fcb9a77f9011cec318d1. That'll go out in the 0.6 release later this week.

A timer is a pretty good idea. I'll keep this open to track that feature, although I doubt it'll get it in for 0.6.
