upgrade to discord.js v13

i was updating from D.v12 to v13 and i got this error image i know that this is cuz of the 2 intents but idk how to fix it any help please

Discord made an update which stops bots from seeing message contents. The workaround is to force the user to mention the bot and then type their command instead of using the prefix. A second workaround is to change the commands to be slash commands or buttons. I’m working on an update to the bot but it may take a month or so.
