Tinc vs Wireguard into the libremesh build

The old qmp build had tinc built into the feed. Is this something we want. Issue 99 in the libremesh feed talks about wireguard vs tinc and implications on tunnels in general. Worth having a discussion on how to have this working long term

tinc 1.0.33 is pretty easy to include (although I'm not sure about the config, if it's different/compat with the 1.1-prex)
