Add support for directional outdoor ac router e.g. LigoDLBac

We need ac directional outdoor router with gigabit ethernet so we can get over 100Mbps

LigoDLB 5-15 seems a good candidate. Factory firmware doesn't support DFS which is big problem. LinkNYC uses DFS, so we cannot use LigoDLB as station for this.

I propose we close this issue from this repo and move it somewhere else. I don't think that openwrt supports Ligo devices :/ We could open a general "lets find a ac router for openwrt" issue in the nyc-qmp-cooker project? :)
