apkrev - android app reverse engineering pipeline

this is tailored pretty much just to my exact needs, down to (for now) hardcoded directories in the script.

this script:

• grabs the apk from apkpure given the package name
• runs jadx on it
• if it finds a react native bundle it either:
  • disassembles the hermes bytecode
  • or unpacks the webpack module
• opens the result in your editor/ide of choice (for now only codium)

$ ./apkrev <packagename>

dependencies

• curl-impersonate

• react-native-decompiler (run via npx, so only npx is required)
• vscodium (editor will be configurable in the future)
