Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Would be nice to have the ability to setup any number of user desired things during startup but before nxt is interactable.

Describe the solution you'd like Working like userSetup.py to allow users to customize their initial session. Would require the existence of a user specific directory. Could be the same dir as the user prefs file.
