Error and info messages in R, client interface and some HTTP API responses are only available in english.

Describe the solution you'd like

Crowd source translation of all user visible messages. https://crowdin.com/ seems like a good platform.

Additional context

Implementation might not be trivial:

  • R seems to have some internal functionalities for localization (see).
  • There need to be HTTP API additions for client and API data translations.
