Did you try "Restart IDE server" (or psc-ide or whatever it is referenced as)? That should sort it without requiring a restart. Have to ask @kRITZCREEK what needs to happen...

If you have "Use fast rebuild" configured then a single-file rebuild will be done via psc-ide-server, which for larger projects is _much_ faster than a full build. The unknown module...

I think this may be an issue in https://github.com/steelbrain/intentions. I think I've seen it also before, I can't see an existing issue

With the switch to atom-ide-ui, this is slightly avoided, but I think the new fix UI suffers from quite similar problems, focus is not returned as nicely as could be.
