The parameter `time_since_update` in cascade_matching code is still being ` 1`?

question for file "deepsort/linear_assignment.py" , lines 127-131

I have a question, the cascade_matching working on the confirmed tracks, and the tracks's parameter-time_since_update will set to be 0 when they were setted to be confirmed. In my mind , the parameter is still being 1 after predict.
