nw.js ARMv8 support

Hi, it would be great if you could officially support the new ARMv8 AArch64 . there is only unofficial support for v7. if ElectronJs can support it, why wont you guys?

I had suggested dropping support for 32bit PC platforms in favor of adding ARM support but the devs said no. Hopefuly this time they will say yes.

I'm sure ARM support will get heavily boosted now that Apple is also jumping on that train with their Apple Silicon which is 64 bit ARM and will be on all new Macs starting from September.

@rogerwang any thoughts on this? We can't wait to start using NWJS on the new ARM processors from Apple.
